Located at 700-800 South San Gabriel Boulevard, the former cultivation land of the San Gabriel Nursery is proposed for development as a multi-story, mixed-use retail and residential project. The retail element will be the main focal point of the project and is proposed to offer almost 80,000 square feet of dining and retail space centralized around a park space programmed with community events and activities. Residential units will be designed above the retail and parking levels.
