James Chou

James Chou has been actively investing in and developing real estate in Los Angeles County since 1986. He has intimate knowledge of and expertise in the San Gabriel Valley real estate market, including Monterey Park. Under his leadership, Pacific Plaza Investment, LLC completed the development of 300 West Main Street in Alhambra, California, a 182,000 square foot commercial retail residential mixed use project valued at US$60MM. Other recent real estate development projects in Mr. Chou’s portfolio include 18508 East Gale Avenue in the City of Industry, an 85,000 square foot shopping center (US$32MM) and 388 East Valley Boulevard in downtown Alhambra, a 55,000 square foot Class A office building for U.S. Bank (US$18MM).

Ken Lee

Ken Lee brings more than 17 years of public and private sector community development experience to the project, including several years as the chief real estate and economic development adviser to the City of Irwindale in Los Angeles County where he led real estate negotiations and managed investor relations with prospective land buyers, developers, and businesses. Mr. Lee is currently Vice President of Development Services for Pacific Property Partners, a collaborative partner with PPI on multiple projects in Southern California.

Peter Wang

Peter Wang is the founder and principal of JWL Associates in Hacienda Heights. JWL Associates is an architecture and civil engineering firm with more than 20 years of experience in the architectural field. JWL specializes in new construction and rehabilitation of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. JWL is staffed to meet the diverse preferences and service needs of both its clients and the communities their projects serve. Prior to forming JWL, Mr. Wang spent most of his career with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.

Matt Gorman

Matt Gorman is a seasoned attorney specializing in the fields of real estate, land use, and environmental law. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Gorman served as legal counsel to numerous municipalities, redevelopment agencies, and public entities in southern California, taking the lead in handling entitlement and oversight on a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In 2010, his practice expanded to representing developers, landowners, and other organizations in land use and real estate matters. Mr. Gorman is proficient in Mandarin and has been engaged by foreign investors seeking legal guidance, representation, and advocacy in property acquisition, commercial ventures, and litigation.
