PACIFIC PLAZA ALHAMBRA

Pacific Plaza Alhambra, located at 300 W. Main Street in the City of Alhambra, is a 5-story mixed-use development with 120 residential units and 3 commercial tenants. Completed in 2015, the development replaced an aging supermarket and now offers 18,000 square feet of contemporary dining and shopping for the community. The residential element totals 130,492 square feet with condominium units ranging from 800 to 2,020 square feet. Known as the “Gateway to the San Gabriel Valley”, Alhambra was incorporated in 1903 and is known for introducing urban living to it’s vibrant downtown that showcases restaurants, businesses and an extensive auto row.
